NEW DELHI Camiseta Luis Suarez , Jan. 17 (Xinhua) -- Indian police on Friday said that they had arrested a third suspect in the horrific gangrape of a 51- year-old Danish woman tourist late Tuesday evening in the national capital.
"We have arrested a third man Thursday night in connection with the gangrape of the Danish woman. Two other suspects were arrested Wednesday after we initially detained some 15 people in the case," a senior police official said on condition of anonymity.
All the suspects in police custody are homeless men, he said Camiseta Denis Suarez , adding that a massive manhunt is on to nab the other five accused in the case.
The Danish woman was allegedly robbed and then gangraped at knife point for nearly three hours at a secluded place near the main railway station by eight men whom she had asked for directions after she lost her way back to her hotel in the central part of the Indian capital.
