LONDON Men's Adidas Ultra Boost 3.0 Multi-Color UK , Nov. 27 (Xinhua) -- Two-time Olympic middle-distance champion Sebastian Coe officially announced that he is running for president of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF).


The decision by the 58-year-old Coe had been widely expected.


Coe won gold medals in the 1,500 meters at the 1980 and 1984 Olympics and headed the organizing committee of the 2012 London Games. He has been an IAAF vice president since 2007.


"As I speak to friends and colleagues around our great sport I appreciate that we are entering a very important time for athletics and that it is the right time to open up a discussion about the future," Coe said in a statement.


"That discussion needs to focus on how we build on the many achievements of recent years, recognize that we have new challenges in a new era and how we can tackle those challenges with vision and ambition."


Coe is expected to face competition from Sergey Bubka, who won the Olympic pole vault gold medal in 1988 and broke the world record 35 times. A news video taken undercover at a factory last week revealed how common child laborers are in Chinese clothing factories and the black market chain behind this phenomena. After going viral, it has led to discussions on whether there should be a change in regulations regarding underage work and the aftermath.

In a dimly lit room, a group of workers were busy toiling at their sewing machines. Their heads were bowed Adidas Yeezy Boost 350 V2 UK Black Pink , their fingers busy untangling threads, fixing zippers or stapling buttons onto shirts.


The workers at the factory all had immature faces. Some had dyed hair, some skinny arms and some had light fuzz growing on their chins. Most of the workers were in fact teenagers; many were under 16, the legal minimum age of employment in China.

Starting in September, videographers Han and Zhou went around factories in Changshu trying to get a job.


Changshu is a city of clothing manufacturers. In every corner of the city, you can find a small workshop that has just a few machines and workers in a rented house.
